We make our French toast from scratch, stuff it with cream cheese and sauté it until golden brown, then we top it with our homemade Bananas Foster topping. Served with a fresh fruit medley.

Half Shell’s version of this traditional dish. English muffin halves served with capicola ham, poached eggs, and tomato slices, topped with Bearnaise. Served with a fresh fruit medley.
Crab Cake Benedict 10
Poached eggs over twin fried crab cakes topped with roasted red bell pepper aioli, diced tomatoes and green onions. Served with a fresh fruit medley.
Lobster Scrambled Eggs 11
Fluffy scrambled eggs cooked with lobster meat, green onions, white queso and topped with diced
tomatoes. Served with a toasted English muffin and brunch potatoes.
Shrimp and Grits Benedict 10
Two grilled grit squares, topped with poached eggs and smothered in a Southern style bacon cream with Gulf shrimp, onions, and fresh garlic then topped with chopped bacon.
